Presently travel and supervise multiple construction sites consisting of 500 thousand square feet plus of new and remodel development, and special projects to include thorough management of all phases of construction projects. Work with General Contractors to produce preliminary project budgets to present to the Executive Committee. Repeatedly manage overall projects cost to an average below approved project budgets, often managing change orders to an average of less than half of the total project change orders thresholds. Successfully execute at least 5 new store projects per seasonal opening, closed out new stores within 90 days of Grand Opening. Contribute to the team in a way that provides leadership and direction while motivating those that surround me.

Extensive 3 week a month travel, from Monday through Thursday, and weekends as needed, managing General Contractors on 2 million square feet of retail construction. Effectively managed contractors with site work and off site work and proved my ability to plan, budget and manage several construction projects. Managed and reported on schedules, storm water and scope changes. Successfully completed the planning and phasing of many large demolition and construction projects, managed smaller construction projects, hired, coordinated, and motivated contractors and work crews. Worked with municipalities to obtain permits and final certificate of occupancies, coordinated architectural and engineering consultants, prototype design teams, merchandise planning, company operations and developers.
